Meet the teacher night

Last night we got to meet Daniels teacher for Kindergarten.  Her name is Mrs. Kurth.  She is so sweet!!!  I am so excited for Daniel for his first year of school.  I have no doubt that he will be asking me everyday to go to school.  

We got to see where he's seated in his class.  There are 3 other classmates at the same table.  Arynn, Josolynn and I can't remember the other girls name.

Huntington beach

On our vacation to Cali we decided to make one of the days just a day at the beach.  We went to Huntington Beach.  It was a really nice beach - kind of low drama - atleast compared to Newport Beach.  The kids had lots of fun and we all got a little more sun that we had planned.  We were only there for a few hours and Chris came back scorched like he had been in the sun all day!  The kids had lots of fun.

While we were there, there was some construction going on for a skating open.

A girl that kind of came into our area gave us her sand crabs she collected.  The kids were fascinated with these things.

So then Daniel went digging for more.
